Sure, maybe this idea was the product of watching a little too much Boomerang...and maybe Penelope is a little bit of a helpless bitch, but I'd get to wear bright pink spandex pants and a HELMET and run around yelling "HAYULP, HAYULP"! (say that last part out loud if you don't know what it means)
And frankly its either a semi obscure cartoon character from the early 70's or a naked glitter corset fairy like every other girl.
